Technical information 1K Primer for Zinc
Specifieke additieven zorgen ervoor dat ColorMatic 1K Primer voor Zink een uitstekende hechting en corrosiebescherming biedt, met name voor blank met zink bekleed staal. Dit sneldrogende product is speciaal geformuleerd voor het overspuiten van OEM verzinkte carrosserieën.
Voordat u gaat werken met ColorMatic 1K primer voor zink, het oppervlak behandelen met ColorMatic Siliconenverwijderaar Art. nr. 174469. Voor het beste resultaat raden wij aan de ColorMatic 2K Hi-Speed Primer te gebruiken zodra de 1K primer voor zink is opgedroogd. Daarna kunt u overschilderen met gemengde verven uit onze pre-fill systemen op water- of solventbasis.

Ideaal voor spot repair en het overspuiten van onderdelen.

Environment and labelling
Environmentally sound: European Aerosols is committed to apply formulations without restricted or critical ingredients and to achieve best possible performance. The caps and packagings are made of recyclable material.
Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".
Marking/Labelling: All products made by European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
Applications
- Clean the surface thoroughly and sand
- Damaged area must be dry and free of dust and grease
- Clean undercoat with ColorMatic silicone remover no. 174 469
- Shake the can well for 2 minutes
- Carry out spray test
- Do not use on thermoplastic undercoats!

- Wear an appropriate respirator (recommended type A2/P3)
