Technical Information 1K Epoxy Primer
ColorMatic 1K Epoxy Primer is een universele 1K primer die een uitstekende hechting en corrosiepreventie biedt op plaatstaal, verzinkt staal, aluminium en geanodiseerd aluminium. Het is sneldrogend met een goede vloei en kan nat-in-nat worden aangebracht. Het biedt ook een goede isolatie tegen vocht.
Het is het beste om metalen oppervlakken grondig voor te reinigen met siliconenverwijderaar (artikelnummer 174469, voor glasvezel oppervlakken gebruik kunststof reiniger antistatisch (artikelnummer 190261). Voor de beste bescherming tegen corrosie raden wij aan de ColorMatic 2K Epoxy Primer te gebruiken.

Spot repair en overspuiten van onderdelen.

Environment and labelling
Environmentally sound: European Aerosols is committed to apply formulations without restricted or critical ingredients and to achieve best possible performance. The caps and packagings are made of recyclable material.
Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".
Marking/Labelling: All products made by European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
Application
- Remove all rust from metal surfaces
- Clean surface with ColorMatic silicone remover no. 174469, then sand
- Clean glassfibre surfaces with ColorMatic Plastic Cleaner antistatic no. 190261
- Shake the can well for 2 minutes
- Carry out test spray
- Damaged area must be free of grease, dust and dry
- For professional use only
- Wear an appropriate respirator (recommended type A2/P3)
