Technical Information Sheet Wheel Spray Silver Chrome
ColorMatic velgenlak zilverchroom is een spray met hoogglanseffect, die gladde oppervlakken eruit laat zien als chroom. Het is weer- en slijtvast.
Voor een optimale hechting, voor het aanbrengen aluminium wielen primen met ColorMatic 1K Primer voor aluminium (Art. no. 190278). Stalen wielen voorstrijken met ColorMatic 1K Primer Filler. Belangrijk: voor een perfect resultaat is een zeer gladde, glanzende zwarte grondlaag vereist, (bijvoorbeeld door ColorMatic RAL diep zwart glans acrylaatspuitverf Art. no. 856631 aan te brengen).
Toepassing:
Ideaal voor het coaten van nieuwe of gebruikte autovelgen, effect afhankelijk van een gladde, glanzende zwarte grondlaag.

Thoroughly cleaned, new or second-hand steel or aluminium wheel rim - Drying time (at 20°C, 50% relative air humidity):
Dust-dry: after approx. 10 minutes
Dry to touch: after approx. 30 minutes
The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat. - Temperature resistance: to 150°C

Environment and labelling
Environmentally sound: European Aerosols is committed to apply formulations without restricted or critical ingredients and to achieve best possible performance. The caps and packagings are made of recyclable material.
Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".
Marking/Labelling: All products made by European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
- Clean surfaces to be painted thoroughly with ColorMatic silicone cleaner no. 174469, then sand
- The area must be dry and free of dust and grease
- Shake can vigorously for 2 minutes
- Carry out spray test
- For optimum adhesion before application, prime the aluminium wheels with ColorMatic 1K primer for aluminium no. 180278. Prime steel wheels with ColorMatic 1K primer filler
- Several thin coats (5-6 paint) on a black background with drying period between of 2-3 minutes
- Important: to achieve an optimal effect, a very smooth, shiny black surface is required (e.g. by applying ColorMatic RAL glossy jet black acrylic spray paint no. 856631
