Technical Information Plastic Spray

ColorMatic kunststoflak vergemakkelijkt het snel en eenvoudig coaten van grotere oppervlakken dankzij de uitstekende vloei, professionele breedstraalverstuiving en hoge opbrengst. De pigmentatie is speciaal samengesteld om mengen en kleuraanpassing te vergemakkelijken. Specifieke additieven zorgen voor een goede directe hechting op de kunststof grondlaag en een snelle droogtijd.

Ideaal voor spotrepair en het overspuiten van onderdelen.

  • Efficiency:
    Depending of consistence and colour of the substrate 400 ml are sufficient for approx. 0,8 - 1,0 m²   
  • Substrate:
    Plastics: PP, PP/EPDM, ABS
  • Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative air humidity):
    Dust-dry: after 8 - 15 minutes
    Touch-dry: after 30 - 45 minutes
    The drying time is depending on the ambient temperature, air humidity and the painted layer
  • Temperature resistance: to 110 °C
  • Storage stability:
    10 years if appropriate storage provided (=10° - 25°C, relative air humidity of max. 60%)
  • Gebinde:
    Aerosol cans, maximum nominal volume 400 ml
  • VOC-value: 241,2 g

Disposal and labelling

Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".

Marking/Labelling: All products made by  European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200  and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
