Technical Information RAL Acrylic Spray Paint
ColorMatic RAL acrylspuitverf is een premium acrylaatlak met satijnglans - speciaal geformuleerd voor het snel coaten van industriële oppervlakken. Dankzij de breedstraalverstuiving kan hij ook worden gebruikt op grotere oppervlakken. Een extreem hoog gehalte aan pigmenten en specifieke additieven zorgt voor een hoge dekking, hoge laagdikte, goede hechting en een goede hechting direct op metaal.
Voor de beste voorbereiding reinigt u het te schilderen oppervlak grondig met ColorMatic Siliconenverwijderaar Art. no. 174469 en brengt u indien nodig een primer of filler aan (bijvoorbeeld ColorMatic 2K Primer Filler Art. no. 195327). Daarnaast adviseren wij het gebruik van ColorMatic Spot Blender Art. no. 114229 voor spotrepair aan randen.

The drying time depends on surrounding temperature, air humidity and thickness of the applied coat. - Temperature resistance: to 90°C

Disposal and labelling
Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".
Marking/Labelling: All products made by European Aerosols comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.
- Clean surfaces to be painted thoroughly with ColorMatic silicone remover no. 174469, then sand
- The area must be dry and free of dust and grease
- Shake can well for 2 minutes
- Carry out spray test
- 2-3 coats
- For professional use only
- Wear an appropriate respirator (recommended type A2/P3)
